Day 8: Take Care of your Body.#exercise

Hi guys and welcome back to the 21 Challenge. Today of the challenge we are taking care of our bodies. You can decide if you want to join a gym, do a workout at home, swim or just go for a run.

Today’s challenge doesn’t need to include finance. You can easily try to get a certain amount of steps in or go house back riding. It all about doing something physically that would be beneficial for your body in the long run.

So it’s up to you to decide what you want to do and how long, however for today’s challenge to work you can’t just do it today. Today should be the beginning of you taking care of your physical health.
